- Dynamic collections created to meet the customer and target market needs and new opportunities, whilst also staying true to the Zay brand and core products.
- Trend forecasting and market research + deciphering sales data (client to provide raw data).
- Series of collections designed for the next calendar year designed and planned - tapping into seasons and collection themes.

Production Planning
- Creating technical specifications to support sourcing, production planning, and manufacturing process.
- Development of specification templates and creations of materials for year of collection to guide weavers overseas.
- Production planning - materials/order quantities, colour specs etc, + templates created for ongoing work.
- Production plan for year of collection detailing above + calculations to inform sourcing/costing.
- Templates created to support wholesale cataloguing and order process.
